Assistant Manager – Online Fulfillment Centre

Reporting to the Online Fulfillment Manager you will be assisting them to

  • Supporting and auctioning the picking and packing process for all Postie online orders.
  • Lead the team in the absence of the Branch Manager
  • Work with the team to achieve targets
  • Drive a positive performance culture with your professionalism and enthusiasm

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previous experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Ideally have experience in a fulfilment centre or warehouse with picking and packing duties
  • Be flexible with roster times including weekends, some evenings and occasional public holidays.The normal roster for this role is Sunday through to Thursday.
  • Have an amazing attitude, a powerful sense of drive, 100% commitment to your team and a happy disposition.
