Store Manager - Blenheim

We are searching for a passionate Store Manager to lead our team in Blenheim. Working Tuesday to Saturday you will be managing and coaching your team members to engage with customers and drive sales.
You will also excel in the operational side of the business and be confident with rostering, reading reports and holding performance discussions with team members.

The experience you will bring to us:
Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a fast pace, high volume retail store (preferably apparel)
Experience in managing and coaching a team
Structured administrative and organisational skills
Confidence in having performance related conversations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth within store.
