Measuring Advice
Use measurements when selecting the size, rather than just going by the size itself- Use a tape measure and keep the tape firm to the body, but not too tight
- Measure over underwear
WAIST: Measure the circumference around the narrowest part of the waistline with one forefinger between the body and the measuring tape.
HIPS: Measure the circumference at the fullest and widest part of the lower hip.
