we’re seeking for a Merchandise Central Planning Analyst to join our Central Planning and Supply Chain Team based at our Ellerslie Support Office.

This role plays a crucial part in providing the insights and reporting that guide effective decision‑making, helping drive sales and margin growth across Postie Stores and Online

Do the mahi

• Produce high‑quality weekly, monthly, seasonal and event‑based reports that provide the Merchandise team with actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Consolidate and manage merchandise plans, including creating, loading and maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts across our systems.
• Support the growth of our online channel by contributing to key e‑commerce projects and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, merchandise processes, inventory management, and in‑store sales operations.

You’re highly organised, thrive under pressure, love the buzz of retail, and you’re ready to learn fast.

• 3yrs experience in an analytical role
• Retail Planning experience
• A strong passion and understanding of fashion
• A keen eye that can check data and make recommendations for change if needed.
• Advanced level Excel skills are a must
• Zen and Ontempo skills would be advantageous but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Innovative, analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• High-energy level required
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
