We are stocked with new winter arrivals, and our team are ready to greet you. Of course, it won’t quite be shopping as ‘normal’, so there are a few important things for you to know before your visit.
We want to also thank you for your support over the the past few weeks and your continued patience as we adapt to the new 'normal'.
Thank you to all of those that used our Call & Collect initiative during Alert Level 3, we appreciate you. This service is no longer available in Alert Level 2.

Counters have been fitted with a protective screen that will be cleaned throughout the day. We have waiting spaces clearly marked out to ensure social distancing. Whilst in-store please be mindful and keep a 2-metre distance between you and other shoppers. Our staff will happily assist you while maintaining a 2-metre distance. To ensure health and safety for all, please keep an eye on any children with you.
Our fitting rooms are closed during alert level 2 to ensure best practice for hygiene. If you are unsure about the sizing and fit of a garment, our staff will happily assist you while always maintaining a 1-metre distance. To ensure health and safety for all, please keep an eye on any children with you.
Extra Safety Measures
Our stores and teams are fully prepared to ensure your shopping experience at Postie is safe. All team members will wear protective face shields, and will vigorously clean and sanitise frequently, and with extra care. All high-touch surfaces will be regularly wiped down.
Returns & Exchanges
Our regular return policy applies. If your item was purchased during lockdown, our returns period has been extended 30 days from Thursday 14 May.
Can I pay with cash? Yes! We are accepting payments with all our usual payment methods.
Can I try clothes on in-store? At this stage, our fitting rooms will be closed.
Can I still use Call & Collect? No, we are no longer offering this service with the downgrade to Alert Level 2.
Are you accepting returns at Alert Level 2? We are still able to exchange or return items within 30 days in Alert Level 2. Our regular return policy applies. If your item was purchased during lockdown, our returns period has been extended 30 days from Thursday 14 May.
