Like everyone else, we’ve been exploring our ‘new normal’ as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown restrictions. It’s been a tough time for all Kiwis.
Our number one priority at Postie is to keep offering you and your family everyday, low prices on our range of family essentials. We’ve had to make some tough choices within our business so we can keep doing that. One way we’re going to be able to keep our promise to you of everyday, low prices is to wind down the Postie Rewards programme.

When will I stop earning rewards?
You can earn rewards up to and including on June 30, 2020. The last day to redeem any rewards will be July 30, 2020.
How long do I have to redeem my current rewards?
You will have 30 days to redeem your rewards, or until July 30, 2020; whichever is sooner. You may redeem online or in store.
What has the impact of COVID-19 been on Postie?
Like you, it’s been a tough time for us too. While we were able to keep providing our customers with essentials throughout lockdown, all our stores were closed until Level 3 restrictions were eased. Our number one priority is to keep offering you and your family everyday low prices, so we’ve had to make some tough choices within our business, including switching off the Postie Rewards programme.
Will you still be offering your everyday, low prices?
We’re committed to bringing you everyday, low prices so we’re doing everything we can to keep them that way. The decision to switch off the Postie Rewards programme will allow us to do the very best we can in bringing you the everyday low prices you’ve come to know and love from us.
Why should I sign up to receive emails from Postie?
We’ll keep you updated on new season arrivals, give you early access to shop our sales online, as well as member-only surprises – think free shipping, VIP sales and more. In a move to reduce our paper use, and create a more contactless shopping experience, we’ll also be able to email you digital receipts every time you shop.
Will I be rewarded for shopping in other ways?
You’ll be the very first to hear about and shop Postie offers, sales, and new season arrivals. Best of all, every time you shop you will go in a draw to win 1 of 20 $100 Postie vouchers, drawn every month!
I don’t want to receive emails from you anymore. How can I stop receiving these?
You can remove your details at any time. Simply contact Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the next email you receive from us.
I should have received a reward on June 30, 2020 but I can’t see it in my account.
Rewards can take up to 48 hours to load. If you still can’t see your reward after July 2, 2020, please contact Customer Service by emailing email@example.com.
I was on my 1st/2nd/3rd shop. Will these turn into rewards that I can spend?
Unfortunately, any points from 1st/2nd/3rd shop will not be transferred into a reward, unless you complete your 4th shop prior to or on June 30, 2020.
My birthday is in July. Will I get a ‘Birthday Reward’?
Yes. If your birthday is in July, you will receive your reward on June 30, 2020. Your reward can be spent up until 30 days from issue date, with no rewards able to be redeemed after July 30, 2020.
Will you ever turn the rewards programme back on, or introduce a new programme?
We hope so! The future of our rewards programme is uncertain, but in the meantime our priority is offering Kiwi families quality essentials and everyday, low prices.
