Returns Policy for online purchases

Not completely satisfied with your new purchase?

  • You can return any unwashed, unworn and unused items with original tags attached within 21 days of order receipt. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • Returns may be made in any of our stores nationwide, or by post to the address below.
  • Items returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely. We recommend using tracked mail.
  • All refunds will be credited back onto the original method of payment.
  • We will refund your items at the price you purchased them at. This includes sale items.
  • Your refund will not include shipping costs.
  • We’ll notify you via e-mail once the return arrives back to us. Please allow 7 working days from this date for the refund to show on your statement.
  • If the item is faulty, please email us at info@postie.co.nz and we’ll arrange the return at our cost.
  • Swimwear items must have the hygiene labels intact. If these have been removed we are unable to accept the return.
