Returns Policy for online purchases
Not completely satisfied with your new purchase?
- You can return any unwashed, unworn and unused items with original tags attached within 21 days of order receipt. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Returns may be made in any of our stores nationwide, or by post to the address below.
- Items returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely. We recommend using tracked mail.
- All refunds will be credited back onto the original method of payment.
- We will refund your items at the price you purchased them at. This includes sale items.
- Your refund will not include shipping costs.
- We’ll notify you via e-mail once the return arrives back to us. Please allow 7 working days from this date for the refund to show on your statement.
- If the item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll arrange the return at our cost.
- Swimwear items must have the hygiene labels intact. If these have been removed we are unable to accept the return.
