Online Returns via Post

Postie is committed to providing quality products to our customers.  Are you not completely satisfied with your new purchase?

Products purchased from our website may be returned for any reason within 14 days following delivery.  Returned products must be unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and be accompanied by the original invoice.  In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Products may be returned to any of our stores nationwide or by post to:

Please note - we can not process exchanges via return post or courier, you will need to take these in store, or re-order.

Products returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely.  We recommend using tracked mail.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product.  However, unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, we will not refund any applicable delivery charges or your costs of returning the product.  The refund will be in the same form as your original payment.

If you return a product by post, we will email you when we receive it.  We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within seven days of our receipt of the product.

If a product is faulty (including underwear or swimwear), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.

 

Online Returns In store

Products purchased from our website may be returned for any reason within 14 days following delivery to any Postie store in New Zealand.  We can offer an exchange, credit note for the goods or a refund.  If an item is not available it can be exchanged for an item of the same value.
