Postie.co.nz will ship anywhere in New Zealand (this includes the Chatam Islands). We will gladly accept overseas orders, but they must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
Orders generally take 3-10 working days to be delivered. All orders will be delivered by PostHaste. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a Track & Trace number for your package. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for deliveries once this email has been sent. To track your delivery once we have advised you it has been sent, please click on the link in the email you have received with your tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com. For us to help you quickly, please include your order number in any correspondence.

Products purchased from our website may be returned for any reason within 14 days following delivery to any Postie store in New Zealand, or by sending them to our Head Office. In store we can offer an exchange, credit note for the goods or a refund. Returned products must be unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and be accompanied by the original invoice. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear and swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
We can not process exchanges by post.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you may have rights or remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the above.
