What is considered an essential item?

While we’re at COVID-19 alert level four, you’ll only be able to purchase essential items from us. Essential items are those that contribute to the wellbeing of our communities at this time. Our essentials consist of basic and warm clothing to see Kiwi families through cooler months, safely and comfortably. Essential items are marked as ‘essential’ on our online store so they are easy for you recognise. Anything else can be added to your wishlist by clicking “add to wishlist”. We promise that once we get through this, they’ll be right there where you left them!

Why can't I find my size/ an essential item I saw before?

We are experiencing a very large number of orders, which means some items are selling out quickly. We're restocking regularly as quickly as we can.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to a large volume of orders, your order may be delayed but we’re doing our best! Our team are working as quickly as they can to get orders out, while ensuring their health and safety remain top priority. You will receive email updates through-out the delivery process to keep you informed.

Our courier partner, Courier Post are working safely too, and all deliveries will be contactless. Thank you so much for your patience and support at this time.

Where will you ship to?

We will continue to ship nationwide in New Zealand to all communities – rural and urban centres.

Will my delivery be contactless?

Yes. We use Courier Post for all our deliveries. They are ensuring all deliveries are contactless during the COVID-19 alert level four.

How long do I have to return items?

How is the Postie team staying safe?

Our online team is following every precaution set out by the Ministry of Health to stop the spread of COVID-19. This includes regular handwashing, wearing of appropriate PPE, frequent sanitisation of work surfaces and always maintaining a two-metre distance between staff.
