How it works
- Shop online and when you’re ready to check out, just choose Click & Collect as your delivery method and select your preferred store.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation of your Click & Collect order and we’ll get to work on your order.
- As soon as your order is ready to be picked up at your chosen Postie store, you’ll get a second email.
- Click and collect orders are sent via courier to your selected store, and are impacted by current COVID19 delays, please be patient.
- Once you receive your email that your order is ready to collect, simply head to your store for safe, contactless pick up of your order. Please remember to take photo ID with you to collect your order.
Safe and contactless pick up
Our team members are following every precaution set out by the Ministry of Health to stop the spread of COVID-19. This includes;
- Regular handwashing
- Wearing of appropriate PPE
- Frequent sanitisation of work surfaces
- Always maintaining a two-metre distance between team members.
To ensure the safety of our team members and other customers, we ask that you follow some simple precautions in line with Ministry of Health guidelines when you pick up your order.
- Please wear a mask
- Please scan in using your COVID-19 app or use the sign-in book if you don't have the app
- Make sure you maintain a 2-metre distance
- Please do not come to store to collect your order if you are feeling sick, have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms.
A little reminder… With the increased demand for online shopping and the extra safety measures we’ve got in place to keep our team safe, combined with the extra pressure on our courier partner, NZ Post, we ask that our customers please be patient. We expect orders may take a little longer than usual to reach you, but we’ll continue to do our best.
