To be successful in this role you will have

  • Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy retail store (preferably apparel)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth within store.
  • The ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Experience in running an efficient and high performing team
  • An eye for detail with store visual merchandising and displays
  • Act with integrity at all times
  • Show a commitment to Health & Safety and the development of a safe working environment
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of the business
