Delivery
Postie.co.nz will ship anywhere in New Zealand (sorry this currently excludes the Chatam Islands). We will gladly accept overseas orders, but they must be shipped to a New Zealand address.
Orders generally take 3-5 working days to be delivered. All orders will be delivered by CourierPost. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a Track & Trace number for your package. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for deliveries once this email has been sent. To track your delivery once we have advised you it has been sent, please go to www.courierpost.co.nz and enter your tracking reference.
If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@postie.co.nz. For us to help you quickly, please include your order number in any correspondence.

Returns
We are committed to exchanging your goods within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in original condition.We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particulare purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you may have rights or remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the above. If you are using this Site or its content for business purposes, the above exclusions and limits will apply and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
We will take action, within a reasonable time, to correct any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention.
