It is not PPGL Policy to provide a refund if you change your mind.
Garments returned for exchange must be in the same condition as they were purchased in, with the tickets and labels attached. ( unused \ unworn condition)
PPGL will offer an exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of your receipt. Sale goods are exempt.
If a garment is faulty PPGL is entitled to have one week to replace or repair the garment.
